Terms of Service
Yuanfan · Last updated October 1, 2026
Welcome to Yuanfan. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you" or "the user") and Yuanfan ("we", "us" or "our") for the use of the Yuanfan service ("the Service"). By signing up for, signing in to or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not sign up for or use the Service.
1. The Service
Yuanfan provides manufacturers, export brands and cross-border sellers with tools to manage their social media accounts, publish content, review performance data, reply to comments and follow up on customer inquiries. The features available are those shown in the product. We may adjust, upgrade or retire features as our business develops, and will give advance notice through in-app messages or announcements.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You must sign up with a mobile phone number that belongs to you, and the company and contact information you provide must be true and accurate.
- Signing up creates a workspace for your company, and you become its owner. Owners and admins can invite members and assign roles, and are responsible for managing member permissions. Actions taken by members in the workspace are treated as actions of your company.
- Your account, password and verification codes are for your own use only. Do not lend or share them. You are responsible for losses caused by failing to keep them safe. If you notice unusual activity, change your password and contact us right away.
- A phone number can be linked to only one workspace. When a member leaves or no longer needs access, an admin should remove them under Team members.
3. Connecting third-party platforms
- You may only connect social media accounts that you or your company own, or that you are legally authorized to manage. Connected accounts are used only for the publishing, data syncing and comment replies that you initiate. We publish only content that you or your team members have created or approved, at the time you set. We never post from your accounts without your action or settings.
- You must comply with each platform's terms of service, community guidelines and advertising policies. You are responsible for any consequences, such as reduced reach or suspension, caused by breaking a platform's rules.
- By using the YouTube features of the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. When you publish to TikTok through the Service, you also agree to TikTok's Terms of Service, Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, the Branded Content Policy.
- You can disconnect an account at any time on the Accounts page. When you do, we revoke the access token where the platform supports it, and delete the account's token and the data we have stored for it. See the Data Deletion Instructions for details.
4. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you must not:
- publish or distribute content that breaks the law, the laws of your target markets or the rules of third-party platforms;
- infringe the intellectual property, portrait, privacy or other rights of others;
- use the Service to send spam, create fake engagement, inflate metrics or otherwise disrupt platforms;
- crack, attack or interfere with the Service in any way, or scrape data from the Service without permission.
If we find any of the above, we may issue a warning, limit features, or suspend or terminate the Service, depending on the severity.
5. Paid plans and credits
- Some features require a paid plan or use credits. Prices, plan benefits and billing rules are shown on the purchase page.
- Credits are used for AI-assisted features such as copywriting, translation, research reports and video rendering, and are deducted by actual usage. If a task fails because of a system error, the credits are returned automatically.
- If a plan expires and is not renewed, the workspace continues on the Trial plan and your data is kept. Unless required by law or stated otherwise on the purchase page, virtual services are not refundable once activated.
6. Intellectual property
We own the intellectual property in the Yuanfan software, interface design, copy and icons. The media you upload, the content you publish and your business data belong to you or the original rights holders. You grant us the right to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the Service.
7. Changes, interruptions and termination
- We work to keep the Service stable. If it is interrupted by maintenance, changes to third-party platform APIs, network failures or force majeure, we will restore it as soon as possible, and give reasonable notice of planned maintenance.
- You can stop using the Service at any time. To close your workspace or delete your data, follow the Data Deletion Instructions or contact us.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The analytics, intent detection and content suggestions provided by the Service are for business reference only and do not guarantee sales results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by changes to third-party platform rules, unavailable platform APIs or your own actions. Our total liability is limited to the service fees you actually paid in the twelve months before the event.
9. Changes to these Terms and disputes
We may update these Terms because of changes in law or our business. The updated Terms will be posted on this page, and we will notify you of material changes through in-app messages. If you continue to use the Service, you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if that fails, it shall be submitted to the competent people's court where we are located.
